All sales at GirlStack are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and our exclusivity guarantee, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete.

When you purchase a model from GirlStack, you receive instant access to download all files. Once downloaded, the product cannot be returned. Additionally, because each model becomes exclusively yours upon purchase (no other customer can buy the same model), all sales are non-refundable.

Quality Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you discover a technical error in your model's photos—such as:

• Mismatched accessories (different earrings, etc.)

• Distorted or malformed fingers, hands, or body parts

• Other AI generation artifacts that affect quality

We will correct and replace the affected images at no charge. Simply contact us with details of the issue.

This guarantee does NOT include:

• Subjective preferences (hairstyle, outfit choices, poses)

• Requests for style changes or modifications

• General dissatisfaction with the model's aesthetic
